Shipping - Lower 48 States
All orders will be shipped on the day they are received, if received
before 1 p.m. EST. Orders will be sent by UPS or Priority Mail. You
should receive your shipment in approximately 2-5 working days.
Predicted shipping times do not apply to international orders. 7% sales
tax will be added to orders shipped to Georgia.
Shipping Charges for Lower 48 US
- All orders up to $75 - $6 for shipping and handling will be added
to the total purchase price.
- All orders over $75 - FREE SHIPPING!!!!
For orders going to Alaska, Hawaii and the rest of the world, just
tell us what items you want and how soon you want them. We will reply
that day giving you the shipping charges.
If you would like next-day air, second-day air, or another faster
shipping option, please call us at 1-800-887-2847 to place your order.
Many pesticide concentrates cannot be shipped to NY, CT, SC, or CA,
or outside the lower 48 states.
Return Policy
There are absolutely no refunds on open or used products. There are
no refunds after 60 days. There are no refunds for shipping. We
will make refunds in the amount of the item only. Let us know by
email (sales@bugsaway.com) or call 800-887-2847, and we will have UPS
pick up the item when you request a refund. DO NOT SHIP THE PACKAGE
BACK TO US ON YOUR OWN. The item must be sealed up in a box,
preferably in the box that it was shipped to you in. UPS will arrive
to pick up the package at no charge to you. Please include name,
address, phone number or email.
A 20% restocking fee will apply to all accepted returns.
